The "CLUB" villa is located at mt. 600 from the sea, in one of the greenest, most peaceful and exclusive areas of the Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the presence of villas all on the ground floor (single floor) with large corner gardens also on three sides.
The house consists of a bright living room with sofa and LCD TV, separate kitchenette complete with stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kitchenware, iron, mosquito nets.
Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Covered patio equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Free internal parking space also for two cars.

Wir mieteten das Haus im Juni, das heißt in der Vorsaison. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/ seiner Agentur war freundlich und problemlos. Wir bekamen zwei Paar Hausschlüssel und einen aufblasbaren pool für unsere Kleine zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Haus war für fünf Personen, vier Erwachsene und ein kleines Kind ausreichend groß.
Die Küche ist sehr klein.
Mehr als eine Person kann sich darin nicht aufhalten. Es war fast alles nötige vorhanden, nur einen Backofen haben wir sehr vermisst. Herd bedeutet in Italien anscheinend nur Kochfeld.
Ausserdem wäre eine Salatschüssel sowie ein Pfannenwender sehr nützlich gewesen.
Schön war, dass sich an allen Fenstern und Türen Mückennetze und Fensterläden befinden. Auch die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist praktisch.
Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig und dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Es gibt Strandabschnitte, die öffentlich und sauber sind, Man muss also nicht unbedingt Liegen mieten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und Luigi weiterempfehlen.

Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und kompetent. Luigi mit seinem Team - echt Klasse.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist bequem erreichbar und kein Verkehrslärm. Wir kamen bei 16° und Regen und waren dankbar, dass die Klimaanlage als Heizung nutzbar war. Einschränkend waren zwei Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die z.T. über lange Zeit gekläfft und geheult haben. Herr Ferroni und die Agentur sind sehr zu empfehlen: Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich schnell um Problemlösungen bemüht.

Schönes sauberes Haus in gutem Zustand, umgeben von einem großem Grundstück. Küchenausstattung mit einigen Lücken, aber das meiste ist vorhanden. Sehr gut: Klimaanlage und an allen Fenstern Mückenschutz! Ruhige Wohngegend (abgesehen vom allabendlichen Lärm einer nahen Kinderdisco). Ortsmitte und Einkaufsgelegenheiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereite Vermieter (Agentur in der Nähe, dort auch WLan). Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten, wenn wir nicht - wie in jedem Jahr - wieder in eine andere Ecke Europas wollten.
