Excellent three-room apartment at Lido di Pomposa with excellent sea view and with numbered parking, located on the 3rd floor in a condominium facing the sea and in the center, composed of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with washing machine and shower, large balcony with beautiful sea view, numbered parking space. 4 + 2 beds
THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;

Negativ: Keine Schuko Steckdosen, dicke und dünne Adapter werden benötigt. Pfannen eigentlich nicht mehr nutzbar - Beschichtung ab, Geschirr teilweise siffig. muffiger Geruch in der Wohnung, Balkon zu viert eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da zu schmal. Kein Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffee Maschine. Dusche sehr eng.
Positiv: Grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Betten groß, genug ablageflächen und stauraum, wäscheständer, schöner Meerblick, nur einmal über die Strasse und schon ist man am nächsten Strandabschnitt.

Valutazione piu che ottima, ottima posizione, appartamento accuratamente pulito dotato di ogni servizio, disponibilita' e cortesia dell Agenzia . Consigliabilissimo , varieta' di ristoranti a disposizione ,unica pecca la scarsa scelta di stabilimenti balneari che ricevono animali domestici.
