Great service, very friendly, especially Rafaella, she was fantastic to deal with, a proper personalised service ♥️ to Thankyou .. all went very smooth with clean rooms and comfy beds. Great base to visit the old city.
Little bit of a walk to the city and little bit pricey but what do you expect in a city.

The staff was welcoming and always very responsive.
The room was the cleaniest I have ever experienced and comfy. There were free coffe, tea, water. The location was great, a few minutes walk from the city center. The neighbourhood was quiet with supermarkets and restaurants nearby the property.
Highly recommended if you are visiting Bologna for short and long visits as well. I would be happy to return there anytime soon.
