La casa è in un punto strategico, vicino la fermata del treno se vuoi raggiungere il centro di Bologna e a 10 minuti in auto dall’Unipol Arena.

We came in Bologna to go to a concert in the Unipol Arena and this apartment was in the perfect location for it - close to the airport, the arena and relatively close to the city centre. We used different types of transportation - taxis(for the airport), trains(for the arena), buses(for going around town). As Justine has written in a previous review: “an FYI if you want to do public transport: If you are taking the bus in 2025, be aware that while going to town via bus in the mornings is very easy, getting back at night may be a little harder because they are constructing a new tram line in Bologna, so the routes are all mixed up. I would suggest taking a taxi or the train back in the evenings (the train stop is also 5 min walk from the house)”. Apart from the public transportation, this stay exceeded all of our expectations, it was one of our most unforgettable experiences of the year. To begin with the most amazing and warm host - Ettorre. He didn’t fail to surprise us constantly while we were here. The communication with him was flawless, both before and during our stay. We were lucky enough to meet him in person when we arrived, he welcomed us with freshly cooked pasta and several goodies loaded up in the fridge. We chatted for a bit and we couldn’t feel more at home. He was very helpful and if we had any confusions he was fast in resolving them. The apartment itself was also outstanding! The kitchen space had everything we needed; the bathroom was spacious, also filled with goodies; the bed was big and comfortable. The apartment was modern but at the same time we could feel its soul - there was a cute front porch which was perfect for a morning coffee or a deep night talk, inside there are personal trinkets spread all over the place that can instantly make you smile.

It was a very well equipped little apartment. Everything was very clean and it was in a quiet location only 10 minutes walk to the station. There was even a river at the end of the street where we had a lovely walk along. Ettore was a very friendly and engaging host. He showed us around the apartment and showed us how everything worked, coffee machine etc. There were lots is staples in the cupboards and in the fridge/freezer. We made a meal on our first night with what was provided. We have a very enjoyable stay here.

It was all great. If you don’t have a car it could be a little far from the station with lots of luggage, but very doable. It’s not in the main centre of Bologna, but only 2 train stops away.

Nervige Diskussion um die Ausstellung einer Quittung, eine Rechnung wurde verweigert. Ausgesperrter Hund auf der angrenzenden Terrasse nervte durch dauerhaftes jaulen und jammern. In der darüberliegenden Wohnung wurde ab 22 Uhr die Waschmaschine betrieben.
