About this house rental
Ideal for those who want a holiday in the tranquility of the countryside, but a short distance from the historic center of the country, within walking distance, and only a few kilometers from the sea.
It is available for musicians or experienced students a Yamaha piano that can be used during the day without any disturbance for anyone, given the isolated location of the location.
The house is located in an olive grove of 5,000.00 square meters, adjacent to a portion of Mediterranean vegetation of equal size, which houses a large variety of birds, such as jay, magpie and hoopoe. Pertaining to the apartment a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a large sunbathing area.
The house is on two levels: on the main floor the living room, with sofa bed, dining room and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, for a total area of approx. 50; on the lower ground floor / basement which can be accessed both with spiral staircase from the living area, and with a large external staircase directly from the park, there are two large bedrooms with three beds each, large bathroom with shower and laundry. Complete the apartment a loggia overlooking the sea, equipped with a dining table and a "barbecue area"
The structure is ideal for two couples with two or more children. Dogs are allowed.
The owner occupies a villa located at the entrance to the park and only occasionally uses the pool area.

We are an older couple (64 and 68) and enjoy peace and quiet, and a good deal of privacy (we're Swiss!)
This home we rented was a comfortable newer home situated on the back side of a spacious property on a small hill among olive trees immediately adjacent to the old village. The property included the manor home where the host and his family live. It was nice to have our privacy but also have the property owner nearby.
Being on the hill, we could see the Tyrrhennian Sea and feel cool breezes in the evening. The village is close to many well-known (and less known) wineries and olive orchards, and it was easy driving to sites in Bolgheri and other parts of southern Tuscany.
We enjoyed our stay, and understand that there will be additional improvements to the home, which will only serve to enhance the experience of staying there.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bibbona verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit einem wirklich tollem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A few words first about Bibbona: it's an absolutely lovely, little medieval village, but note it has very little tourist infrastructure: every restaurant we saw would close during lunch hours (@noon to 4), there's no market there to buy essentials, and you must drive 15-20 minutes to get to a grocery store. Nearby Volterra or Bolgheri were both quaint and more visitor friendly in my opinion. Overall the house was as described but the owners' home is much closer than we thought from the pictures - not a problem for us though as we never saw them except the day we arrived. The host sent some messages about places to visit, and we received tomatoes and a small bottle of oil made from their property, which were nice. But giving little less than 5 stars because the home was very leanly stocked with basic essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, trash bags etc.), which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there seemed to be lots of dust in the home which triggered my allergies terribly.
