The property is ideally located in the countryside in the middle of vast fields of apricot trees, however, it is not isolated and the village shops (bakery, newsagent, post office, supermarket, restaurants etc ... are less than 1 km the villa.
You will be quiet, without nuisance, not overlooked and with views of the massive of the hillock '.
Built in 2013, with an area of 150 m² including 25 m² of garage converted into sauna space. The villa is air conditioned and offers: 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets.
All rooms have high-quality bedding (memory mattress 27 cm thick).
Outside:
• Plot: 1000 m² closed with automated gate on a property of 3 hectares of apricot fields. Pleasantly lawn, trees and flowers. Space for parking cars inside the garden. Boules, swing.
• Private pool, fenced, heated (from 01/04 to 31/10). Dimensions: 7.50 mx 3.50 m. Depth of 1 m 1 m 70. Beach with four sunbathing and two deck chairs.
• Steam Sauna 3 places
Graveson is a peaceful village, typical Provencal between the Rhône and Durance, in the foothills of the "Montagnette".
Around Graveson extends the fabulous landscape of the Alpilles hills with pine, olive and cypress trees.
You can easily reach the various tourist sites in the area: Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the Luberon, the Camargue.
For Golfers can practice your sport on a course of 6 holes 7 kms, 4 18 holes in a radius of 15 km to 35 km, and 2 9 holes within 30 kms.
You will have an excellent Internet connection ADSL (WIFI free), via a Freebox at your disposal in the villa and of which you will be the only users.
There are 200 TV channels.
TERMINAL ANTI-MOSQUITO Ecological without nuisance for man (techno-bam net). Efficiency assured.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and communication from the host was fantastic. There is so much to do and see in the area and this beautiful house is the perfect base for exploring all Provence has to offer.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , avons été très bien accueillis et reçu des cadeaux de bienvenue.
Tout est conforme à l’annonce, la maison est propre et spacieuse , le jardin fleuri et bien entretenu.
La vue est magnifique , pas de vis à vis , aucun bruit, juste le magnifique chant des cigales.La piscine est un coin de paradis , une température à 28/29 degrés très agréable .
La borne anti moustique est efficace puisque nous n’avons quasiment pas été piqués.
Nous avons pu faire de jolies balades à vélo en pleine nature, un vélo supplémentaire avait gentiment été mis à disposition pour notre fille.
Le centre de Graveson est animé le soir avec bars et restaurants.
Un musée intéressant y est présent également. De nombreuses visites possibles aux alentours également.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir , merci pour tout!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Garten und Pool laden zum Entspannen ein. In den Schaukelstühlen auf der Terrasse lässt sich die Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. Die Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafbereich haben für sehr angenehme Temperaturen im Haus gesorgt. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.
