About this house rental
Come and enjoy the Provence sun.
Renovated village house, with terrace, arbor and private courtyard (garden furniture and barbecue).
Ideally located in a quiet area, close to all amenities and shops on foot.
Maillane, birthplace of the poet Frédéric Mistral, is located by car, 5 minutes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, near Baux-de-Provence, 15 minutes from Avignon from its Palais des Papes and the festival, Pont -du-Gard at 30 min, and of course at the gates of the Camargue, and many other sites to discover ....
The house consists of:
- a closed exterior without vis-à-vis, with terrace, arbor, barbecue, garden furniture
- a ground floor with living room, kitchen, utility room, WC
- a 1st floor, with a large master bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. A children's room, with bunk beds
- a 2nd floor, with a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
Furnished with taste and all the charm of exposed beams and stones, this house is ideal for holidays, a weekend or for a business trip.
Free wifi connection.
Towels and sheets are provided (beds made).
End of stay cleaning is € 50 (excluding kitchen and BBQ). You can do it yourself if you wish, household products are available, (specify when booking).

From the first cold, towards the end of October, read the electric meter on arrival and departure so that everyone can adjust their heating consumption (at the rate of kwatts).
I also ask for a deposit check of 300 €, which I return to you on your departure, after checking the whole house (therefore you do not have the deposit taken by the booking site)

We had a delightful time at Sandra’s wonderful home: large and spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bath with lots of amenities, a delicious backyard with a barbecue area and a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house is located in a charming and quaint village only 18 mn drive away from Palais des Papes in Avignon, which was very convenient for us. I’ll definitely recommend the place and will check next year if it’s available when I come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable and air conditioned gite. It was 39 degrees some days so that was really appreciated. Lovely outside area and a well equipped house. It was very conveniently situated for many day trips. We would certainly love to stay again.

La maison est très spacieuse! Sur trois niveaux c’est parfait pour les familles! La terrasse est merveilleuse et très bien équipée avec des canapés extérieurs! Sandra a été très gentille de nous accueillir et nous fournir toutes les informations nécessaires!

Well located position handy to the shops for breakfast each morning.
Nice little village with 3 good restaurants and a pizza place.
