The staff were great. Extremely helpful and polite. Good choices for breakfast and the room was clean and well laid out. Convenient location for transport into central Amsterdam.
Very minor issue that the air conditioning in my room was quite cold and noisy, even on the highest temperature setting.

The absence of a false fire alarm would have been nice.
The cleanliness of the room was poor. It had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Hairs and crumbs on the floor and sofas and under the sofas.
