Farmhouse La Casanuova born from the renovation of an old farmhouse of the 1800s, allows you to live in contact with nature immersed in the 100-hectare family owned estate owned by the Mancini family, taste the local and typical products of the area at the Vecchio Granaio restaurant, swim in the swimming pool for the exclusive use of vacationers, walk in montain-bike or trekking along the nature trail the path of fauna and environment of the hills of Orciatico, the green paths Molino a Vento and Mofete or the many white roads present on the territory, as well as reaching historic sites such as the Rocca di Pietracassia or the nearby Castello di Spedaletto.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful property. The Selleria Apartment was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was nice. The showers were the least of the stay, a bit broken, but nice warm. The pool was large and very nice. Not the same color as on the photo, but really nice. The apartments are not the typical vrbo type of apartments we are used to. The owner was very kind to us, but she was not as helpful to us as we are used to. Not so involved with us. And we did not receive a tips for our stay or book with advice and rules. We could order bread for the following morning. That was nice. We could use the washing machine, but were charged for this afterwards. We didn’t know we would be charged. The surroundings are beautiful. And there are nice spots on the property to sit down. And a really nice place to watch the sunset. That was awesome!We had a real nice stay and thank Sabina and her mother for this!
