About this villa rental
3 bedroom villa - two doubles (one on ground floor) and one twin room. 2 bathrooms - one with bath, separate shower, WC and basin (on ground floor), one with shower, WC and basin. The kitchen diner (including a sofa) is downstairs, while there is a lovely upstairs seating area.
Recently the house has had several improvements, including widening the driveway so that it is considerably easier to come in and out, installing an air conditioning unit in the master bedroom, new furniture in the kitchen diner and outside, plus the installation of a dishwasher.
The villa has a large garden with numerous fruit trees, a vine, a barbecue, and parking for 2 cars. Enjoy breakfast at the large table and chairs on the front terrace, or an evening drink at the small table and chairs on the upstairs balcony, while enjoying the fabulous views of the Peljesac channel and Korcula.
The villa is ideally situated in a quiet location yet with excellent access to supermarkets, restaurants, the fish market, fruit and veg stalls, bakeries, wineries, cafes and banks. The sea is only a 5 minute walk (pebble beach), the sandy beach and the harbour within 10-15 minutes walk. The passenger and car ferries to the island of Korcula crossing are 15 minutes away.
The walk to the harbour is especially attractive along the sea front, past the large old houses of sea captains, with lovely Mediterranean gardens. In the season there are a series of different shops selling everything you need for the beach.
Orebic has a large number of restaurants to eat in, many on the sea front. There are plenty of food shops and fruit and vegetable stalls in the town and on the outskirts there are now 3 large supermarkets to choose from.

Great location in a quiet residential area. House is clean and has all needed amenities, even sun umbrella and some lovely turtles. It is 10 minutes walk from the main beach, a store is 5 min walk. Great for children, but not for little ones - as there are stairs to upper floor. Host is great and very helpful.

This was our third stay in four years, so I think you can probably tell that we absolutely love the villa! Its location, the outlook and proximity to everything you need - the beaches, the bars, the restaurants, a bakery and two supermarkets are all a short walk away.The villa is exactly what we require as a family of four. On arrival it is always spotlessly clean and immaculately tidy and has everything you would ever need on a family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table seats, six people very comfortably. The downstairs bathroom also has a washing machine and utility area which is super handy for when you come in from the beach with mucky towels. The double bedroom is located just off the dining room and it’s incredibly spacious and has a very good air-conditioning unit and large wardrobe, a chest of drawers with ample storage.Upstairs there is a social area with sofas and a selection of board games. The balcony has too great recliners and you’re able to see the sea which is lovely, especially when there’s a full moon!The double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom upstairs are perfect for her two growing children. Plenty of room for them have a roommate with a good amount of storage.The garden area is shady and has a great barbecue & the patio area is just in front of the villa. Great for al fresco dining & relaxing after you’ve had a meal, but mosquito repellent is an absolute must!Instructions ahead of arrival & all communications - Excellent!
