Pretty stone cottage renovated 120 m², close to the White Sea, the beaches of Letty.
5 minutes by car from all shops in Bénodet, seaside resort facing the Glénan Islands.

Weather was indifferent which was a shame. Cottage was good. Plenty of room and well equipped. Garden was superb, bird life was very varied and interesting, lovely garden to sit out in. Owner easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to emails which was appreciated.

Ensemble assez agréable mais la chambre avec le lit double (la seule pouvant être utilisée par un couple) n'est pas confortable du fait d'un rebord en bois, de 20cm autour du sommier. Il faut se baisser de façon importante, du fait de la sous pente très basse et surveiller sa jambe pour éviter l'angle de ce rebord lorsque l'on sort du lit....Il faut également se baisser pour descendre, à un endroit des escaliers qui sont, de plus, étroits et peu commodes: attention à ne pas l'oublier, surtout la nuit, pour aller aux toilettes qui sont au RDC ! De plus, le chauffage électrique, à la charge du vacancier augmente fortement le prix de location (maison difficile à chauffer : nous avons eu froid même avec la cheminée peu efficace pour la pièce en longueur).
Pour finir, un accord sur le ménage, au préalable, n'a pas été respecté...L'appât du gain....
