Immediate vicinity of the Odet (50 m) in a wooded and quiet environment. Initially a coastal path for a very enjoyable visit to one of the most beautiful resorts of Brittany.
Access to secure building (intercom). Enclosed private garden of 150 m2 allowing children to frolic safe and parents to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, protected 2 terraces, 2 private parking spaces. The apartment has a double orientation: south and west.

Deuxième séjour dans cette location : toujours aussi agréable ! Le logement est fonctionnel et très propre. La décoration est soignée. Le mobilier et les couchages de qualité. Le logement se trouve à proximité des commerces et d'une belle promenade à pied.
Cerise sur le gâteau : l'accueil des propriétaires et les gourmandises offertes à l'arrivée.
