Old farmhouse completely renovated in the countryside near the village. Private secure pool 13 m x 5 m (unheated). 400 m² living space. Outdoor areas (around the pool and under the awning for outdoor meals). 12 beds distributed in 7 bedrooms, 4 with air conditioning (3 beds 160; 1 bed 140, 4 beds 90), 2 bathrooms. 5 shower rooms, 5 toilets. 2 living rooms, large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dining room.

The house is a real home. Ideal to share with 2 families. Brilliant pool that even gets cleaned bij a very kind cleaner. Ideal location , the boulangerie,minimarket and charcuterie are just around the around the corner. And indeed so is the tgv, but that never bothered us for a second

What a great property for a family reunion, with lots of space - 7 bedrooms and several areas to dine, inside and outside . The pool is spectacular and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the big, well-stocked kitchen.. La Drome is so rich in history and we enjoyed visiting many surrounding historical sites, including Grignan. Our proprietare did warn us of of a TGV during the day which ran close to the property , but we learned to ignore it.Wonderful spot for a big family to gather.
