Apartments Alpenrose

The apartment was newly refurbished & spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed with top quality appliances (Siemens induction hob, dishwasher, and combo microwave/oven/grill), a raclette and fondue set. All the equipment is there for making your own meals. Kurt and his son were helpful. Two private balconies; one facing the mountains of Saas-Fee and the setting sun, and the other looking up a very old street with original iconic wooden barns on ‘stone toadstools’. A lift to all levels made moving in and out nice and easy. Unexpected bonus that we each had a Saas-Fee card which meant all bus travel and chairlifts were free all week. We drove to Zermatt and parked up at Tasch in huge and efficient car park, then caught train up into Zermatt (chairlifts here not included). We had a great week walking and mountain biking and used about every chairlift in the valley. The buses and chairlifts were all fabulous; clean and well organised
