About this apartment rental
The house, of about 100 square meters, is 5 min walk from the center of Crans (on the Route des Melezes) in a quiet residential area in front of the golf course, a stone's throw from the college Le Regent, the golf course, the driving range, from the cross-country ski run, from the children's ski slope and from the bobsleigh track.
The house consists of entrance hall, large comfortable double living room with TV, dining table. Mezzanine, which closes the awnings and becomes a bedroom, with a sofa bed (190x70) and CD stereo. A double bedroom with TV, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. Livable terrace facing south with table and chairs and another small terrace to the north.
Camping cot available for small children.
The kitchen, habitable, is well equipped, in addition to a plate stove, oven and dishwasher you will find: set for bourguignonne, raclette machine for 6, blender, toaster, chopper, x coffee machine, crepes machine. Full plate and cutlery service for 12 people in addition to kitchenware.
The washing machine is located in the large communal laundry room where you can hang out without having to hang clothes at home!
The house is equipped with wifi and a garage.
The house, on the 3rd floor with lift, is suitable for couples, families and friends!
PS the fireplace is not functional.

We had a great with our two children. Giovanna was very responsive and the place is easy to reach by xfoot or by car. Checkin was painless.
The apartment is well equipped and confortable. The mattresses are good and the place cosily set next to the golf course. The living room is spacious and can easily accommodate another 2 extra guests.
The proximity to the golf ski lifts allows for easy skiing and walks with the kids. The distance to the ski resort lifts/bus stops are doable (15/9min?) but were a bit of a stretch for a three year old to go by foot, if you are of the few that travel by public transport.
We had a wonderful stay and would come back at the next occasion.

Giovanna is very responsive. This was my second stay here and I really enjoyed the place. The kitchen was very useful for me.

In dieser Unterkunft ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr angenehm ist, dass es zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.
