About this house rental
Update for June 2023, new sectional in family room still with full pullout bed!
Located within a quiet cove in Lido Circle of Discovery Bay, just minutes to fast water, this property is perfect for visitors with kids.
The dock has slide, water trampoline, and parking for 3-5 boats (depending upon length). 4 paddle boards and a cornhole game are also provided and stored in the garage. Enjoy the mornings and nights on the numerous decks on the property. The main deck off the kitchen has plenty of outdoor seating, gas heater( for winter), Bluetooth speakers and a BBQ. Then the upstairs deck is accessed through the 2 bedrooms and allows for the Delta breeze.
The interior of the home was remodeled. The kitchen opens to the dining space and living room. The bar has seating for 4 and the table has seating for 6 and a game table for 2. The sectonal sofa pulls out to a full-size mattress. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The master suite is on the lower level with a king size bed and private bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Two bedrooms have queen beds and open to the upper deck and the middle bedroom has a full bed and twin bed and a tv/dvd.

Couch pulls out to full bed (2)
WiF is included but NO CABLE TV. The TV in family room is a Smart tv. Master has Roku and upstairs middle room has DVD.
Washer and dryer are in garage. Laundry soap provided. There is ample parking and potential parking for boat trailer but cannot impede sidewalk.
Linens and bath towels are provided. Hand soap is provided but no other toiletries. Guests are to bring beach towels.
Kitchen is fully stocked with 2 coffee makers (regular with filters and a Keurig), blender, toaster, etc. Some spices are left over from past guests.
Extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided. Guests are to purchase more if needed. Dish soap and dishwasher soap provided and some cleaning supplies.
We take pride in our home and love sharing it with others. However, we DO NOT allow pets. Please respect this and don't ask. We also love our neighbors and therefore, this is not a party house.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Being on the water was amazing—the view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only minor downside was setting up the patio furniture, as putting out all the furniture pads was required. Overall, though, the house and location were fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it!

Property is nice and well located. However, it was not cleaned well: many dishes and place mats were dirty; routine conveniences such as dish towels, dish soap, bar soap, and shampoo were either missing or inadequate; many corners and light fixtures were cobwebbed; owner seemed indifferent or little concerned about these issues despite extensive requirements of renters. One would expect more for the price.
