About this house rental
Escape to our deep-water 2-story house with breathtaking waterfront views w/a private dock for your next relaxing retreat.
Our spacious 4bd/3bth home comfortably sleeps up to 12. Features a game room & wet bar overlooking the delta.
Enjoy fishing off the deck or bring your boat/ jet skis for some water adventure. Take advantage of our stand-up paddleboard, paddleboat, canoe, & outdoor games.
Our family-friendly home is conveniently located near the marina, just minutes away from fast water.
Spacious deck and dock for boats, with a dining room and bar for entertaining and creating memories. Enjoy WiFi, streaming TV, board games, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Alternatively, relax on the large back deck and cook on the BBQ.
Direct access to front door and backyard. Parking options include garage, driveway, and street parking (limited to one spot in front of the house). Maximum of 2-3 cars allowed, so carpooling is recommended if necessary.
Can be reach via Airbnb messaging app and texting.
Safeway and Starbucks are only less than a mile away, with other eateries in Brentwood.
20 minutes gets you to your favorite places like In-N-out and Chipotle, and Target.
There`s a Tesla Supercharger there.
Hidden charm dive bars and hang-out places in the summer for some water fun.
The gas station is also in the same shopping center as Safeway, with sushi, breakfast restaurants, etc.
The Pier is right by the house as well to walk around, shop, and eat.
Wine vineyard nearby.
Cherry-picking and fruit picking in the summers and pumpkin patches in the fall.
Parking is plentiful with garage and driveway parking as well as street parking. We ask you don`t park on the neighbor`s side.
Lifejackets, fishing poles, and nearby boat launches are available.
Boat rental partnerships for half-day or full-day are offered. Please use caution as water activities are at your own risk.
Only one boat and one jet ski are allowed at a time in the lake`s 5 mph no-wake zone. Please be mindful that this is a close-knit retirement community.

This was exactly what we needed for our large family gathering. The interior was clean, bright, and comfortable. The exterior was clean, well organized, and the kids enjoyed the kayaks. Large variety of life jackets meant everyone was safe. The outside furniture was comfortable but really showing age.
