About this house rental
Bright, independent new house with fully enclosed garden, in a small, quiet residence near the sea and hiking trails.

Located 1 km from a strike accessible on foot, 1.5 km from Pors Guyon beach and 2.5 km from Ile à Bois beach. 12 km from PAIMPOL. Close to the BREHAT Archipelago and the Sillon du TALBERT (2 km). And less than an hour from PLOUMANACH, the favorite village of the French.
Equipped and furnished, the enclosed garden has a 30 m2 terrace.
Ground floor = kitchen, dining / living room, wc / sink and garage serving as pantry / utility room
Upstairs = nice mezzanine with a small sea view from the floor. Two bedrooms (CH1 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm; CH2 = 1 double bed 140 cm * 190 cm and 1 single bed 90 cm * 190 cm), shower room / wc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
If you choose the bed linen option: the beds will already be made upon arrival.
Private parking for 2 vehicles.

Very well -equipped with everything in good condition. Large enclosed garden and a lovely walk to the sea. This area is not that touristy and we saw no other English people in the local town so if you want an authentic French experience, this is for you. Great area to explore and Pleubian, 5 minutes away, is a beautiful small town with truly wonderful food shops and small supermarket that carer for anything you are likely to need. The fish shop sells everything from filleted fish to lobster, all the freshest you can find. The choice of restaurants nearby is limited, although very good and this venue would be best for someone prepared to self-cater as well as eat out.
In summary, wonderful, relaxing place with lots of beautiful coastal scenery and towns to visit.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison confortable et au calme.
A quelques encablures de perros Guirec et Paimpol, un lieu idéal pour découvrir les côtes d'Armor.
Les hotes Sandra et François sont très accueillants et vous indiquerons les endroits à visiter aux alentours.

La maison est extrêmement propre. Idéalement placée, nous avons trouvé toute la tranquillité que nous voulions.
La maison est grande, bien aménagé, joliment décorée. Le jardin est parfait et clôturé ce qui était très confortable pour notre chien.
Sandra est très sympathique et grâce à tout ses conseils de visites et d’activités nous avons passé une super semaine en découvrant la côte de granit rose.
