About this house rental
We rent our holiday home built in 2016, located 300 m from the beach, 1 km from shops, 2 km from the sailing school and the port. It is located on the Pink Granite Coast.
House of 135 m² quiet, comfortable, bright, facing south.
Housing
Large living room living / dining room with a wood stove and bay windows, American kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub).
Pleasant garden with south-facing terrace: outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs, games and bikes available.
Other remarks
For the winter period, a supplement for heating will be required of 50 euros for a week.
The rental of sheets, towels and household linen is not included in the initial price. We can offer you this service at an additional cost.
You can take a cleaning option at a rate of € 60.
If you do not take this option, the accommodation must be left clean and cleaned before departure.

This is an ideal house from which to discover one of the prettiest and most interesting coastal regions in France. The property is modern, clean, perfectly equipped, and the owner is accessible and communicative. A wonderful experience in an idyllic place.

Superbe villa neuve située au bout d’un petit sentier forestier, à proximité immédiate de la plage et non loin du centre commercial.
Confort, espace, équipement parfait et modernité.
Vaste terrasse idéalement orientée au sud; parterres fleuris et pelouse très bien entretenus.
Et que dire de Trébeurden, sa boulangerie La Trébeurdine, ses plages magnifiques, et ses offres de balades dans une nature protégée et idyllique…
Un séjour parfait !!!

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Besonders die Kommunikation mit Stephane Julienne haben wir als angenehm empfunden.
Für diesen Küstenabschnitt ist dieses Haus eine sehr gute Wahl.
