This comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in front of the beach of Bas-Sablons in St-Malo in the district of St-Servan. It has a breathtaking view of the sea, St-Malo intramural, and the port It has a veranda overlooking the sea .. It has a private parking and a common room for bicycles .. All shops are within walking distance (Carrefour Market, 2 bakeries, coffee press, etc. .) as well as St-Malo Intra-muros which is 15 minutes walk, and the market, (2 times per week), covered and uncovered, (Halles), 2 minutes.Access to the beach is opposite the building. The apartment is located west and offers beautiful sunsets.

Cette propriété est un enchantement ! Bien sûr le mobilier est typé mais tout y est soigné, propre et cela change des appartements sans âme. De plus, son emplacement en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter Saint Malo et les alentours sans l'inconvénient de l'intra-muros très (trop?) touristique.

Appartement à rafraîchir, la vue « merveilleuse » apparaît quand on est dans la loggia, sinon vue sur les toits. Proche de la ville intra-muros à pieds, proche des commerces, rue passante côté loggia, chambres très calmes. Beau coucher de soleil. Prévoir des frais de ménage à ajouter au tarif déjà rondelet.
