About this apartment rental
The apartment of 60 square meters, has just been renovated (March 2016) and is located on the first floor of a very silent building of the '60s. Central but very quiet as the street on which overlooks the balcony is little traffic. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of two bedrooms, a large double bed and a small one with a single bed and a second pull-out, a large bathroom and a more 'small, a double sofa bed in' large living room with kitchenette.
The house is appreciated for the opportunity to host couples and small groups of friends but it is also ideal for a large family. The central location, near the metro but far from the chaos of the tourist areas makes it perfect for sightseeing and to fully live its beauty.
THE location is strategic for visiting the city as well connected. a short walk from the metro station San Giovanni which is just 3 stops from the central station Termini, then connected to the two airports (Ciampino and Fiumicino) via shuttle bus or train (to and from Termini). As everywhere in the center of Rome to park is not easy but with a little 'luck a place under the house is located or we are very close to private car parks.

Alessandro, was an excellent host, communication in both Italian and English was easy and effortless, response to questions was quick. The flat was clean and exactly as described, for our week in Rome it was perfect. Also, a personal thank you to Alessandro for all the assistance with taxi app and trying to find us an open supermarket on a festival day when most places were closed, it was appreciated. Vrbo had listed the city tax incorrectly it is 6 EUR a night but all was paid to Alessandro so no problem. We had a great week and we will be using this flat again on our next visit.
