We highly recommend staying at this property. The courtyard is a dream! We had morning coffee and afternoon cocktails outside daily and immensely enjoyed it. The property manager/owner was incredibly helpful with every single thing we asked/needed. Overall our stay was delightful!

The apartment is lovely, and bigger than it looks in photos. The garden is a beautiful oasis of calm and greenery. Nicolo is an outstanding host -- friendly and extremely helpful. The walking maps he provided are exceptional - really great for navigating the neighborhood, shops, transit, etc. And his tips for dinner were spot-on. The location is very convenient for the Vatican, and access to the rest of Rome. We were very happy to stay here.
