Apartment in villa on the sea 3/4 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large terrace shaded sea, 2 'floor with independent access with external stairs.
Particularly recommended for sea holidays and nature for couples, families and small groups being in a private area with limited passage of cars and services reached on foot or by bike that allows everyone to carry out their favorite activities.

Susanna is a great host and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is right beside the beach and has wonderful views of the coast and the mountains behind. In the evenings it was wonderful to sit on the terrace, watch the moon rise and listen to the waves on the beach.

Die Terrasse ist der Hammer, fast direkt am Strand mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen aus der erhabenen Lage dieser tollen Dachterrasse. Dazu das Geräusch der Wellen rund um die Uhr, sehr entspannend und cool. Wir fanden die Größe für uns beide gerade recht, mit vier Personen hätte es anstrengend werden können. Wunderschöner Strand und sehr viele schöne Städtchen und viele weitere sensationelle Dinge zum erkunden (z.B. Dünen von Sabaudia, Altstadt von Sperlonga). Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne für einen unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub.
