Posizione vicinissima al mare ,ma con la possibilità di andare in centro a piedi.Posteggio privato in luogo chiuso da cancello.Gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare per orario d'arrivo e informazioni per raggiungere facilmente l'alloggio.Nell'appartamento c'era tutto ,dalla lavatrice al forno a microonde,dal balcone al bollitore,dalla TV al wifi...
Rinnoverei le pentole e metterei un po' di volantini recenti su cosa visitare in zona.

The distance to the beach is very short. The balcony was nice and the apartment was very spacious. Parking was free and in a separate area which is great.
There was no AC, but huge fans were provided, which was fine for September. It could get very hot in the summer though.
The kitchen had all the equipment that you need to cook, even an oven, freezer and microwave. There was even a washing machine, which was very nice.
Our stay was impacted due to the apartment missing a toilet seat although the toilet seat was shown in the pictures on booking.com.
The host only responded once to our complaints, but did not offer to install a new toilet seat. Only after we contacted booking.com support, the host started responding again and offered to have a new seat installed. We had to be in the apartment at a specific time to let the plumber in, which was quite annoying as we had to rearrange our travel plans.
The check in experience was very bad as well. We were asked to provide an arrival time, which we did several days prior and reconfirming it once we sat in our rental car about 2 hours before our arrival. We were about 10 minutes late due to traffic, but nobody waited for us. We had to wait around 20 minutes for the owner to respond to our messages.
We were supposed to be getting the keys from Sonia who then made her way to the apartment (the actual host was in Northern Italy). Sonia did not speak a single word of English, but at least she had the keys. We had to use a translator app so that she could explain us which keys is used for which door as there were 4 in total. Everything else was done by "non-verbal communication".
Other issues:
The mosquito nets were all in tact, but quite fiddly to work with.
There was no AC.
The sink was dirty and old. The faucet attachment fell off very easily, splashing water all over the kitchen and yourself.
There were not enough clothes pegs.
Overall not that pleasant of a stay but the location and beach very were nice.
