Квартира простора, дуже чиста та зі смаком обставлена — перебувати було справді комфортно. Окремо хочу відзначити надзвичайно приємну комунікацію з Русланом: завжди на зв’язку, готовий допомогти з будь-якими питаннями. Обов’язково повернуся ще!

Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem Zustand und bot für den angebotenen Preis weitaus mehr als erwartet. Die Lage war wie immer sehr wichtig und die Wohnung lag nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Valencias sowie nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Die Zimmer, die Küche und die Wohnung insgesamt waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Valencia werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
Wir haben eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, aber vielleicht könnten die Check-outs an Feiertagen oder am Wochenende ein bisschen später sein oder es könnte auf Anzahlung ermöglicht werden.

Absolutely immaculate, beautiful Spanish apartment. Very clean, beautiful decor, comfortable and well thought out. So spacious for us, a family of five. Felt like home from home instantly. Very close to a metro station. Great wifi and facilities including coffee machine and pods!
The host was very friendly, with superb communication. Easy check in and out. Can’t recommend enough. Don’t hesitate to book.
No smart telly, which was an instant negative for my nine year old but we as parents weren’t bothered.
The description of it being “next to the sea” is a bit misleading. The sea is a fair walk or some metro stops away, however the metro station is very close by. The view out the balconies are dire, but we only used the apartment as a base, so again wasn’t too bothered as we were out exploring most of the time.
The apartment is on the six floor, so perhaps avoid if you have lots of luggage, mobility issues or a pram.
