It was clean, great location, elevator, towels.
The door lock, it was a challenge to open/close door because when you open the door then the lock would be closed in 5 seconds and then you cannot shut the door due to the closed lock in the open door state. But we found some workarounds.

De ligging ten opzichte van de Turia en de stad.
Dat het toilet in de badkamer is. En dat er maar 1 toilet is.

Very nice reception, super friendly and with lots of tips about what to do in Valencia. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and super clean. And the location is perfect: just opposite the main entrance to the old town.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super nahe zur Altstadt und hat eine Fahrradstation und Straßenbahn / Bus vor der Tür.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt genug Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung.
Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küchenausstattung waren okay.
Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung hat zeitlich schnell geklappt
Die Wohnung hatte für uns keinen Wohlfühleffekt. Sie ist sehr nüchtern gehalten. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist sehr einfach und war auch nicht ganz sauber. Die Spülmaschine ist veraltet und sondert Metallteile ab. Das Ergebnis war nicht zufriedenstellend.
In der Zeit, wo wir da waren, hat es aus der Leitung im Badezimmer, Küche sehr stark übel gerochen. Die Wohnung, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
Die ersten 10 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes gab es schwere Bauarbeiten, d.h. Presslufthammer von 8:15 Uhr bis bis 17:00 Uhr abends auch an den Samstagen. Da gab es kein Entgegenkommen vom Mietpreis oder das Angebot, eine andere Wohnung zu bekommen. Aus unserer Sicht hätte die Wohnung in der Zeit nicht vermietet werden dürfen.
