About this house rental
The cottage, well furnished and in a contemporary style, has 4 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms and offers comfortable and spacious accomodation for up to maximum 7 guests, in 3 double and 1 single bedroom. Mosquito nets provided on all windows on the upper floor (bedrooms).
Bathrooms are ensuite to 3 bedrooms and consist of a generous bathroom to bedroom 1 with bathtub and shower combination, WC, bidet and washbasin. Bathrooms to bedroom 2 and 3 are with shower, WC and washbasin.
Spacious sitting room with fireplace, 2 three seater sofa's, 1 two seat sofa, 4 armchairs, cushions, tables, and a TV and Dvd player.
Wi-Fi internet in the cottage as well as outside.
Comfortable dining room with large table and 8 chairs.
A fully equipped modern kitchen for catering up to 8 people who includes gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, plate warmer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Coffee machine (Italian moka), toaster and kettle.
The patio has a large comfortable dining table and chairs with lovely views on the countryside.
The outside of Casale Leporello offers a large garden with patio and perfectly maintained lawns, many rosemary, lavender, roses and oleanders that enrich the garden, and a watering system that ensures a lush garden through the year.
A further highlight is the lovely salt water swimming pool, measuring 10x5mtrs, depth 150cm, with elegant travertine terraces giving plenty of space for stylish sunbeds and parasols, to enjoy the great views of the surroundings.
Large parking area with a parking pergola for sunshade. The private drive, gates and fenced garden, all the privately held farmland around the property assure absolute privacy and tranquillity to the guests.

Amazing property with wonderful views of the countryside and quiet. Ponzano is a little Gem in the Marche hills with lovely friendly people. The beach if you need it is about 25 minutes away at Lido di Fermo. We loved our 2 weeks so much we tried to book for next year but as with most good things it was already booked , Great saltwater pool.

We really enjoyed our stay for the second year. Blessed with lovely weather we ventured further afield and discovered new places to visit.
Wonderful facilities and views from the villa made this the perfect stay. Very friendly and efficient help from Wolf too.
