About this apartment rental
if you want to be calm with your family, the villa allows this tranquility, due to its location and the activities it allows you to do, whether you want to read, take a walk or take a swim in the pool.
Villa Fuà is the ideal place for a family holiday in a very quiet neighborhood. The villa offers an apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining room and a living room overlooking both the internal park and the Gulf of Ancona. WI-FI is available. Pets are allowed on request.
Villa Fuà is located in the upper part of one of the hills of Ancona facing the Adriatic Sea and Monte Conero. It is easily accessible from the airport of both (Raffaello Sanzio-Falconara 16 km) and from the train station (6 km). The highway (A16, exit Ancona Sud) at 9 km. Its peculiarity is that the house is at the same time extremely silent in the middle of a rural area, but also very close to a city with a main port and all its services.
Wonderful excursions can be made near the city of Ancona. Nearby is Portonovo at the foot of Monte Conero, it is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic Sea. Just north is Senigallia (easily reachable by the 2.20E train) which in summer hosts summer janboree (Furthermore, about 50km away there is one of the best known Italian outlets where you can find renowned brands such as Tod's, Cruciani, Nero Giardini etc.
The area is known for the production of Rosso Conero and Verdicchio two well-known Italian wines. In the surroundings you can find excellent winemakers with retail, such as the Bucci company (Italian excellence for Verdicchio), Moroder (excellent conero red), Centanni (passerina and pecorino).
There is parking outside the garden.

the pool is off the ground and for maintenance during the stay there are two possibilities: the first that the guest takes care of putting the chlorine tablets and turning on the mechanism or calling a specialized company with an additional cost of 30 euros at a time.

Very nice apartment and welcoming owners. Beautiful view over the harbour and cathedral. Well located within Ancona and close to Portonovo. Chair was very helpful for my father. We will probably come back to this same location in the future
