De aankomst en het zien van het prachtige pand zorgt meteen voor het Griekse gevoel, prachtig!
Een douche-gordijn zou fijn zijn, want het is klein en na een douche beurt staat de badkamer blank.

Very nice "house", comfortable rooms with everything you need, clean, perfect location, just a few steps to the beach and very close to the city... we recommend.

Excellent (for me who come almost every year and choose deliberately this area) location, near the sea and baths. You can walk to the town center in a few minutes: shops, bars and restaurants around the area.
Really nice apartment (mine, 1st floor) in a recently renovated structure, with a double view and a lovely balcony. Clean and well ventilated room such that A/C is almost useless (September). Basic and useful amenities to cook something (but... Why struggling if you can go out and eat good Greek food? 😬).
Modern bathroom, but a little bit small (expecially the area around the bowl toilet). If I can give an advice to the manager I suggest to add a couple of shelves in 😉 (and a low cabinet or small table/rack in the free corner of the bedroom to put the suitcase on).

location near beach and Kos town and cleaners came in every other day, responsiveness of staff
nowhere comfortable to sit (in Nisyros apartment) as seating in living area was not a sofa/sofa bed. Total lack of kitchen utensils or microwave.
