About this house rental
This spacious and inviting vacation home is located in the quiet village of Netze on the former Waldeck estate. With stylishly furnished interiors and generous space, it is perfect for one or even two families traveling together.
Just 5 km from the beautiful Lake Edersee, this house is the ideal starting point for summer hikes through the nearby nature park or exciting water sports activities on the lake. In winter, the ski resorts around Willingen are only a 45-minute drive away – an ideal retreat for the whole year.
A cozy fireplace in the living room and another on the first floor provide warmth and charm. The large garden with seating and an outdoor fireplace (which can also be used as a barbecue) makes the house particularly cozy. Three private parking spaces are available in the courtyard. Please note: The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Gastvrije eigenaar welkom huis, prima omgeving om tot rust te komen. Geen WiFi en slecht bereik 4G en dit draagt bij tot het onthaasten.

Wir wurden reserviert freundlich empfangen. Die Küche war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Geschirr und die notwendigen Küchengeräte zum Teil in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Matratzen waren entweder sehr durchgelegen oder sehr dünn. Im Garten haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten, das Baumhaus für die Enkelkinder war toll. Im Ort selber gab es keine Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs (auch kein Bäcker), um Brötchen zu holen musste man mit dem Auto z.B. nach Waldeck fahren.

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern da und haben die idyllisch ländliche Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Das Haus mit seinem rustikalen Charme und dem Garten mit Spielhaus mit neuer Schaukel und Kletterleiter waren für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekt geeignet.

Das Haus ist nett gelegen, nah an den Feldern und Wäldern für ausreichende Spaziergänge und hundefreundlich.
Der Vermieter war nett, so lange wir nichts zu beanstanden hatten. Dies hatten wir aber, da uns gleich am ersten Tag riesige Spinnennetze in den Hausecken begrüßten. Die Schubladen der Schränke und auch die Lampen im Bad waren eingestaubt, die Duschen waren verstopft. Auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter unsere Beanstandungen zwar korrigiert, war aber unfreundlich, da er den Stress nicht gebrauchen kann. Wir sollten uns bei Belvilla beschweren. Auch die Erklärung der Nachtspeicherheizung hat ihn genervt. Das ist der Hauptkostenpunkt! Wir haben deshalb mit Holz geheizt. Die Endreinigung von 70€ ist unverhätnismäßig und nicht gerechtfertigt.
Die Betten waren sehr hart und da das Haus direkt an der Kirche gelegen ist, muss man sich an das Glockengeläute gewöhnen.
