The apartment, located in a period villa in the center of portomaurizio, is spread over an area of 150 m2.

In the corridor there is a laundry area including a washing machine and drying rack.
The villa is located in a residential area, with the possibility of free parking a few meters away, it is surrounded by a large garden.
Nearby are grocery stores, a small supermarket, pharmacy, bar, tobacco shop, pizzerias all within walking distance.
The beaches are 5 minutes walk from the house.

Het mooie appartement plus apart terras is zeer bijzonder, het is mooi en chique, met een super uitzicht. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn heel attent.
Wel heel jammer was de geluidsoverlast in de avonden. De kermis bij de haven die alle avonden om 20:30 - 23:30 open is zorgt voor veel overlast.
Strandclubs en restaurants van Port Maurizio zijn een absolute aanrader.

We rented the mid-level of the villa for a period of 2 weeks in August. It's very spacious for 4 adults and would still offer plenty of room for 6, tastefully decorated with a beautiful large garden. The villa is located just a few minutes walking distance from the center of Porto Maurizio (10-15 minutes from the beach, on the way back it's a bit of an uphill walk).
The landlord was extremely friendly and regularly checked whether we needed anything.
