About this house rental
This well-maintained vacation home is located on the hills above the beautiful coastal town of Imperia, about 1 km away, in the heart of the so-called Riviera di Ponente, known for its mild climate, its cultural and gastronomic treasures and especially for its varied sandy and pebbly beaches that you will find along the beautiful coast. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with private pool and has several rest areas and an outdoor barbecue and dining area, all with magnificent views of the sea 1 km away. On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area, a large kitchen and a small bathroom, on the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom and on the top floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. An extra bed is available upon request and payment on site. Imperia is famous for the beautiful waterfront that passes by the marina and beaches, where in the evening you can end the day with an aperitif or a good fish dinner.

Da die Vermieter das Haus im Winter selbst bewohnen sind überall persönliche Gegenstände in Schränken und Kommoden . Winterkleidung ist in einem Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock und im Einbauschrank im Treppenhaus.. Daran muss man sich gewöhnen . Eine Katze lebt auf dem Grundstück die morgens gefüttert werden soll . Futter wird gestellt . Der Hauseigentümer kommt jeden Morgen und reinigt den Pool .
Die niedrige Deckenhöhe stört nur im obersten Stockwerk , da stehen in einem Zimmer auch nur zwei Einzelbetten , Nachttisch und kein Schrank . Personen ab 1,65 müssen im Bad im DG den Kopf einziehen beim duschen .
Das unterste Bad im EG hat nur eine Toilette und Mini Dusche und liegt im Hauswirtschaftstrakt. War nicht ansprechend und wurde deshalb von uns nicht genutzt .
Hochstuhl und Kinderbett waren vorhanden , aber keine Rutsche und Spielhaus im Garten .
Ansonsten alles wie in der Beschreibung .
Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um die Erledigung irgendwelcher Probleme.
Alles in allem haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt . Imperia liegt günstig für Ausflüge in die Nähe und weiter weg . Genua ca. 1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit .
