Near Appia Antica, catacombs of San Callisto and San Paolo Basilica. 15 min from Piazza Venezia with 716 bus; bus stop is 10mt from the entrance of the house. In a quite area of the town, with no noise of big way, you could live Rome and have a relax.
Three rooms for 6 person, two bathroom, hydro shower, kitchen and big open space could allow you the most comfort possible.
Near the house you will find all facilities: restaurant with typical Roman food, markets, pharmacy, bar, wine shop, sport area.
Next the house there's Cristoforo Colombo Boulevard that will drive you to the sea in 20 minutes or directly to the airport of Fiumicino.
The house is placed near a big green area where is not allowed buildings cause is an archeological area so will stay in the heart of Rome, the Garbatella neighborhood, but it will be as being in a country side.

My overall impression of the property was positive. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was fine really as there was a choice of two bus stops to get to Rome centre. The local area had useful shops and a couple of lovely cafes.

Bel appartement, conforme à la description, mais il s'agit d'un logement probablement habité lorsqu'il n'est pas loué, car le frigo n'était pas vidé, les armoires en partie occupées ...
Le propriétaire m'avait prévenu qu'il résidait dans le Val d'Aoste et m'avait donné le n° de téléphone de Ivan la personne chargée de nous recevoir. Il m'avait dit que c'était un homme très gentil, ce que j'ai pu constater . En effet comme nous étions arrivés en avance et qu'il était absent, je lui ai téléphoné et il s'est arrangé pour que sa jeune soeur nous reçoive. De plus il m'a été d'un précieux secours pour garer ma voiture au sous-sol et je le remercie encore.
