Villa on the edge of town

Уютный ,просторный ,теплый дом.Расположен не в центре,но сравнительно не долго добираться в центр:15 мин пешком или 2 мин на машине до электрички,17 мин езды ,легкая пересадка в метро на том же билете(1,5 евро на 100 мин) и 2 остановки до Колизея. Веранда,мангал

Не хватало микроволновки

Le parking est juste devant la porte,la déco est de très bon goût, logement spacieux ,jardin agréable.

Pas de micro-ondes,pas de cafetière,pas de grille pain,pas de machine a laver.Eloigné de la station de RER (attention fermeture de la station 22h )

The villa is beautiful and spacious. Great space for socialising with big bedrooms. Decorated beautifully. Outside central Rome but with easy access from the nearest metro station.

You would find it difficult without a car.

Upon arrival at the villa, the owner provided photo instructions for contactless check-in and accommodation due to our delayed flight. This was a huge plus, as we didn’t have to wait or meet anyone, saving us time. The process was simple and easy to understand. The house was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The rooms had clean, snow-white sheets and a set of towels for everyone. There were plenty of dishes, along with enough spices, sugar, tea, coffee, and everything needed for cooking. The courtyard is beautiful and green, with a terrace and garden furniture. The cutest bonus is the presence of 9 turtles, which create an unforgettable atmosphere. We fed them, watched them, and enjoyed their company. The villa’s decoration deserves special mention: it features lots of interesting books, musical instruments, and various curiosities you could explore for hours, like in a museum. The location is excellent — just a 10–15 minute walk to the store and the metro station. Nearby, there’s a small park and many similarly beautiful houses. It’s quiet, peaceful, and cozy.
