The apartment was located in the ground floor which was ideal to get in and out.
Firstly, I was charged €100 deposit that I wasn't aware of before I even got the keys to the appartment. They said I would get this back and will take 2 to 7 working days depends on the bank. I would appreciate if I was told this before I booked the appartment on booking.com.
Secondly, the next door neighbour ( female ) was either shouting or playing loud music all night long.
I struggled to sleep and get some rest. I literally just got ready to head to the airport feeling exhausted.

It was small but had most necessities. Well connected to centre with the bus.
Noisy. Trams go loudly past the window. There was no toiletries when it said these were included, a shower would be nicer than a bath
