We stayed at the villa for 8 nights. Met by Annibale and his wife who quickly replied to any questions we had. During the week. Check-in was straightforward. Villa was spotless. The villa was very spacious, outside the garden was very big and our dog enjoyed chasing her Frisbee . We even got some freshly laid eggs from the next door neighbour. Overall highly recommend the villa.

Our family of 6 LOVED this home. Annibale and his wife Cristina greeted us with a bottle of Italian wine, the keys and showed us around upon arrival. There is even a detailed binder of things to go to around the area. Great communication and he even made a reservation for us when we asked since we don’t speak good Italian. We were able to make great food and used the charcoal grill at the house. The kids loved the pool even during the colder weather. They loved to be outside and roam around within the safety of the gated yard. (Just if you have younger kids the pool is open space). So much space inside for 4 kids to relax and a private master suite for parents. So many places to sit and to enjoy outside with a beautiful view. Only thing during the week there are loud work trucks going by but nothing big of a deal! Overall wonderful experience! We will go back if we can!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The owners keep the villa spotlessly clean and tidy, popping in each morning to tend to the gardens without us even knowing. They were so helpful, providing information and assistance when needed.The pool area was excellent, plenty of sun and shade depending on your preference. There was also lots of different seating options in the garden.We used the BBQ on a few occasions and the owners provided all necessary equipment including coal and firelighters. The villa itself is well equippedand was very homely. Pleasing three generations can sometimes be a challenge, but everyone was more than happy here.The villa is opposite Pasticceria Del Cima which sells the most delicious breakfast pastries and cakes. There is also a large supermarket in the town and other restaurants, pizzerias and bars /cafes nearby. It is centrally placed to explore Lucca and the surrounding areas, including the beautiful Villa Reale which is only 2km away.
