On the ground floor living room with seating (2 sofa + TV), a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with refrigerator + freezer, electric oven with hob, a microwave, small oven to extra, coffee
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a small ensuite bathroom, 1 single bed in one of them
Garage used as storage with garden furniture, barbecue, washing machine, table football and other beach
Ideal location for 7 people, can accommodate 2 additional persons using the sofa bed in the living room.

Accueil (merci Sylvie !) et communication parfaits.
A 5 mn de la plage, 10 mn du centre, vacances sans voiture possible et agréable.
La propreté restera trop souvent un souci en location tant que le forfait ménage ne sera qu'une option.

Première impression positive ,ensuite nous avons constaté un entretien insuffisant des pièces de la maison : peinture écaillée , vétusté de l' éclairage ( ampoule de salon au bout de fils électriques dangereux, spot d'ambiance non remplacé coin repas ) , voilage de fenêtres fixé par scotch , manque d' entretien de la robinetterie : bonde à tirette inopérant , mitigeur d' évier dangereux , légère fuite évacuation d' évier épongée avec serpillère .
Déception avec la réalité des photos de l'annonce ; est-ce une "chimére"?
Le contrôle du nettoyage,ménage, rangement des placards et de poêles de cuisine inutilisables des précédents locataires a certainement été insuffisant .
Un vrai service de conciergerie avec location de draps , serviettes et torchons serait une bonne option et contrôle de sortie efficace .
Bonne nouvelle , le propriétaire prend la mesure de ce constat .
