Ich kann mich hier nur wiederholen. Die Bilder stimmen, der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation top. Auch die lage ist toll. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hundestrand und 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Einfach traumhaft.
Die 4 Sterne sind völlig verdient. Ich würde sogar noch ein Stern vergeben für: die "Bimmelbahn". Sie hält 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft, fährt alle 40 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt. Und für 4 Euro findet man dort keinen Parkplatz.
Schräg gegenüber ist eine kleine Pizzeria. Der Inhaber super freundlich, spricht fließend deutsch und italienisch. Die Karte ist zwar überschaubar aber alles super lecker.

The apartment was spotless. The apartment was also spacious with a large bedroom on the second floor. Everything you could possibly need was provided for with the exception of a Nespresso machine. It did have a traditional filter coffee maker. Zlatko, the owner, was super helpful with any questions.
The only thing I can be critical of is the location. It's on a road with a fair amount of traffic (not a main road in and out of Rovinj though) so a bit noisy at times and somewhat awkward to get in and out of the parking spot. It wouldn't prevent me from choosing Link again though!
