The apartman is quite big, and well equipped, clean and you can hear the sea while you sleeping. That is awesome. You can see the Sun going down from your bedroom or the terrace. The terrace is really cool, inspite what I wrote above. You can swim and shower down there. Unfortunately the Sun starting to shine after 15 o'clock, except the sea level apartman, they can sunbathing the whole day. The apartman is in the center, can't be in better place. Cheaper parking is a bit far away, about 2 km, and you have to bring your belongings to the house, by feet on the old rocks, which can be tiring for olders. They allowed to take our dog, which is really good. Worth the money. Been in Rovinj seven times, this apartman was one of the Best, because of the terrace, and the placing. Visit Segutra restaurant. That is the Best.
The System, or the lack of the System causes some trouble, because it's not really obvious, which is your specific furniture to use down at the terrace. It would be easy to solve, if they would put some numbers or anything to identify which one is your seat, table, place. Sometimes strangers try to pass through, and you have to tell them they can't, some of them are simply use the private terrace like it would be theirs. A private sign at the entrance would be solve this misundersrandings. I nevet met anyone from the apartman, we communicate on Viber, which wasn't a problem. Everything else is perfect.
