About this villa rental
Luxurious, comfortable, large and with a large fully fenced garden and therefore, splendid, is the semi-detached Villa "PerLei" positioned in one of the most beautiful and characteristic places of the Etruscan Coast overlooking the characteristic medieval village of Casale Marittimo.
The estate is located in front of the Tuscan archipelago, which includes the islands of Elba, Capraia and Gorgona.
The property includes a small gym. It has games for children and thanks to the large garden (600 m2) it is a paradise for pets. In the warmer period there is also a large children's pool.
The parking is internal, which is accessed through an automatic gate, and external with private parking. In all there are three + three cars.
The sea is near and the road to reach it is fast. The property has spacious rooms with private bathroom, healthy and, with the exception of the attic, with direct access to the garden.
Privacy is absolute. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed. The biggest "noise" is that of the birds singing.
Immediately outside the building, on foot or by mountain bike, you can make trips on marked trails through the countryside and the Mediterranean scrub.
In the garden you will also find a large gazebo with sun loungers and deck chairs. The garden furniture is made of fine wood. It is a large barbecue
You will have to travel only 9 km to reach one of the most coveted seas of the Tyrrhenian coast where there is a kilometer free beach and a vast and lush Mediterranean pine forest. You can get to these places by walking along sweet, fragrant olive groves through olive groves and maritime pines as well as a luxuriant and luxuriant forest.

The living room is separated by an elegant glass door which houses the fine tiles of the Montelupo Fiorentino glassworks.
There is direct access to the large porch equipped with table and chairs. The interiors are elegant and spacious, furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort. The property has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing set. On the upper floor, in the attic, there is the air conditioning system.

Perfecte locatie om tot rust te komen, eigenaar heel vriendelijk, spreek gebrekkige engels maar genoeg om elkaar te begrijpen. Een heerlijke tijd gehad en een aanrader voor anderen.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, außerhalb von Casale Marittimo, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, und wer es gerne etwas näher an der Natur hat, wie es bei uns der Fall war, ist hier richtig. Nachts rufen sich die Zwergohreulen von den umliegenden Bäumen zu, später stimmt die Nachtigall mit ein.
Das Grundstück ist problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar, bietet einige Parkmöglichkeiten und ist durch ein Tor mit Fernbedienung nach außen ganz abgeschlossen. Man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben.
Das Highlight für uns zwei Familien mit ingesamt vier kleinen Kindern war sicherlich der große, sehr schön angelegte, gepflegte und vollständig umzäunte Garten, in dem man die Kinder bedenkenlos toben lassen kann. Der Außenbereich bietet zudem ein beleuchtetes Pavillon und einige großzügige Gartenmöbel, die man bei wärmeren Temperaturen gerne in Anspruch nimmt. Auch der fixe Außengrill hat uns gute Dienste geleistet. Für den optionalen Pool war es bei unserem Besuch leider noch zu kalt.
Das Haus ist recht geräumig und verfügt über zahlreiche Bäder, zwei Mal direkt an die Schlafzimmer angebunden. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Wasserdruck für eine der Toilettenspülungen ließ zu wünschen übrig, insgesamt ist das Haus jedoch funktional, bietet genügend Stauraum und uns war der etwas eigenwillige Stil gleichgültig. Die Küche ist mit den allernotwendigsten Kochutensilien ausgestattet, bei unserer Ankunft haben wir nichts vorgefunden - kein Salz, Spülmittel oder etwa ein Schwamm, was wir üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern vorfinden. Dies sollte man bedenken.
In der Beschreibung stand nicht, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher zusätzlich kosten, so weit ich weiß, hat der Hausherr dies jedoch unmittelbar nach unserem Hinweis geändert. Mit der Spülmaschine und dem Wasserkocher gab es einige Schwierigkeiten, um die der Gastgeber sich jedoch nach bestem Gewissen gekümmert hat. Fehlende Weingläser hat er uns umgehend nachgeliefert.
Corrado Beggi ist sehr nett, angenehm und diskret, wohnt direkt nebenan und kommt sofort, wenn man etwas braucht. Er spricht mehrere Sprachen und ist sehr bemüht, was uns die oben genannten Mängel letztlich schnell vergessen ließ. Die Kaution erhielten wir umgehend zurück. Dass die Kosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht transparent waren, war sicher ein Versehen, und schließlich erhielten wir einen fairen Preisnachlass.
