everyone was so very helpful, even when we needed something they had arranged for someone to give it to us, when something we didn't know how to work came to light he would send a technician right away. the house was very spacious beach is a straight road (no longer that 7 min walk) and city centre is 10 mins away. Pisa central is one cheap bus ticket. the house was very spacious and beds were outstandingly comfortable. Number 1 property to rent for the holiday.

Big house ideal for at least a weeks holiday. Two bathrooms and huge living room, walk in closet, kitchen and an outdoor area. Nice heavy furniture in two of the rooms.
You need to collect the keys at specific time slots from the agency and the info given wasn’t very accurate. Same about the exact location of the house.
There was no amenities at all, only toilet paper and washing up (plates) liquid. Not even hand soap!
The table and chairs outside were old and broken.
Air condition in one room only.
No internet (states in the description but I didn’t notice, maybe useful info for someone else too)
