About this house rental
This truly distinctive house of the Marche has been converted to a comfortable villa. It has expensive and stunning views around over the countryside to the mountainous backdrop. The style of the furnishing indoors, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa Monteverde a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Villa Montevederde (3 livings, 3 kitchens, 6 double bedded and 3 single bedded rooms) is divided in three apartments (5+3+3 people) with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa for extended family with children or group of friends. The property also includes a private naturalistic trail among the forest (1 km and some break areas with seats and tables ) where it is possible to make trekking, jogging and mountain biking. In the bargain there’s plenty to do in the area: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, The Sibillini Mountain National Park and the beach of Riviera delle Palme are all within easy reach in about 30 minutes. Extra costs are payable at location:Refundable damage deposit: 350 euroFinal cleaning (mandatory) 200 euro - Pets 100 euro

Prachtige woning met schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad en mooie overdekte terrassen aan beide zijde van de woning waardoor je zowel s’morgend als s’avonds ruimte genoeg had om uit de zon te zitten. Het huis werd goed schoon opgeleverd. Het huis is verderld in 3 appartementen en wij waren met 9 personen.
Het enige minpunt vonden wij dat er maar 1 afwasmachine en 1 nesspresso koffiemachine aanwezig is voor 3 appartementen. Verder niet aan te metken!

proprieta' in collina, isolata, ma in 10/15 minuti di auto si raggiungono in negozi che servono, sono tre appartamenti attaccati ma accessibili separatamente, ogni appartamento ha due/camere e almeno due bagni, tutto nuovo e ben arredato, ci sono almeno due tv per appartamento, wi-fi ben funzionante, e una piscina bellissima!! un solo appartamento ha la lavastoviglie, ma affittandola tutta si possono usufruire di tutti gli elettrodomestici che servono!! unico neo le zanzare !! da ritornarci, adatto alle grosse famiglie e o amici !!

Herrliche Aussicht, großer Pool, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausverwaltung.
