This lovely, spacious stone house is situated in the rolling hills of Le Marche midway between the Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountains National Park. Set on a hillside in deepest central Italy surrounded by a lawned garden, this private tastefully renovated house is a haven of peace. Not overlooked itself, but overlooking wonderful views of patchwork fields, woods and hills, this villa is a classically solid stone construction exquisitely furnished. The above-ground swimming pool, the large garden shaded by agave and oak trees and the annex for “dining al fresco” will delight guests at any time of the day. Ideal for a family or a small party of friends Villa Agave offers a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment but, Fermo, the sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno and the Sibillini National Park are all no more than 35 kilometres away for some ispiring day trips.
