Fully equipped dining / kitchen area (oven and microwave).
Bathroom with shower; wall-mounted washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Available washing machine, iron and ironing board, useful for long stays.

Terrace with umbrella, table / chairs and deckchairs, with sea view and on the surrounding countryside / hills. Located in a recently built building, very quiet and silent (currently abandoned railway).

L'Attico è al terzo piano, davanti alla pineta e al mare, che si ammira a lato. Essendo un piano unico esposto principalmente a sud il venticello che proviene dalle montagne consente di avere sempre una fresca brezza anche nelle ore più calde. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili, per ogni eventuale richiesta. Il parcheggio su strada non presenta difficoltà il palazzo è su una strada interna. Si trova a pochi passi da supermercati e al centro della cittadina. Per raggiungere la spiaggia si consiglia l'auto, anche se non è distante. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, La cucina è gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi.
Speriamo di ritornarci presto.
