About this house rental
A newly renovated house in a rural setting in lush countryside. A double a bed in the master bedroom, two beds in the sleeping loft. Dining area with seating for 6 people. Dishwasher, gas stove and fireplace. The house in equipped with AC and washing machine. Bathroom with shower Large and lovely paved patio overlooking our olive grove. 2,5 kilometers to the village with shops, restaurants, bank etc. Located 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beach by the Ionian Sea. The town of Pisticci is 15 minutes away.

Casa Muneca è un piccolo bijou immerso in una splendida campagna di uliveti e alberi da frutta, luogo ideale per rilassarsi.
Dotata di tutti i confort e arredata con gusto, accogliente dentro e fuori (splendida la veranda).
Mariagrazia accoglie gli ospiti con una squisitezza e disponibilità unica.
Posizione strategica per raggiungere sia le spiagge che per visitare città, borghi ed entroterra. Impagabile la pace e tranquillità che qui si respira.

Casa pulita, fresca e silenziosa in campagna. Facilmente raggiungibile il mare (bellissimo lido San Basilio) e punto strategico per visitare la regione ed anche spiagge della Puglia. Soggiorno rilassante

Soggiorno bellissimo. Posto strategico per tutte le spiagge dello Jonio (15 minuti). Matera a 40 minuti. Spiagge di Bari 90 minuti. Casetta in campagna, perfetta...

The property was well-equipped and in an appropriately rural setting. Unfortunately, we had sparrows resident in the roof which the owners have since sorted. The dogs in the next door farm were also very noisy especially at night. So sleep was a real problem for us. Internet didn’t work either, but we had roaming. Otherwise a nice place and helpful owners.
