Very quite area, served by nice shops and restaurants. It is refurbished in an old local style. The floor is made of "cotto". The main room has a nice old style kitchen on one side and is well lit by four windows. The flat lies on a characteristic old street leading from the Arno river. On foot, the Cathedral of Santa Croce is 3 mnts far and the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio are 10 mnts far.

This apartment exceeded my expectations! Nice air conditioned, it provided the needed respite from the crazy hot July temps. The apartment is also conveniently located, with all attractions within walking distance. Leonardo is the BEST VRBO host I've ever had and went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay.

Il sig. Leonardo è un ottimo proprietario: attento, preciso e pronto ad offrire consigli sulle attività, musei da visitare e cose da fare a Firenze e dintorni. Disponibile ancor prima del soggiorno.
La casa è deliziosa e dotata di ciò che potrebbe servire per un soggiorno di più giorni. La libreria ricca di libri è un surplus che arricchisce la casa. L'unica cosa che andrebbe migliorata è la biancheria da letto: pulita senza ombra di dubbio, ma ha visto tempi migliori. Se dovessimo tornare la sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

L'appartement de Leonardo est idéalement situé dans une ruelle au calme, mais à 5 minutes à pied des quartiers animés de Santa Croce et de Sant'Ambrogio.
Leonardo a été flexible sur l'accueil et nous a donné des informations très précises pour pouvoir entrer en son absence. Il nous ensuite a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour partir à la découverte culturelle et gastronomique du quartier.
L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, bref un pied-à-terre idéal pour partir à la découverte de Florence.
