The property was clean and had ample space, the balcony was lovely and the bed was comfortable. It’s a little way out of the centre so be prepared for a ~30 min walk to reach anything, but it does mean the local area is super quiet and safe!

For a four day stay we were disappointed that there was only one roll of toilet roll provided, no washing up liquid in the utility closet despite being provided plates and cutlery etc. There was also no general waste bin and the host requested that we took our own bins out at the end of the stay, despite the on-street bins requiring a local card to be able to access them, leading to us having to walk further with the translucent bin bag provided in order to find a smaller waste bin. The door to the apartment also does nothing to keep out any noise from the shared corridor, and multiple times we were kept awake due to this.

Балкон классный, завтракать на балконе кайф. Мимо проходил кот, можно наблюдать за соседями. Комната хорошая, туалет хороший. Локализация прекрасная. Посуда есть, даже штопор!

Пыль, которая лежит уже долго. На стенах и занавесках убитые насекомые, выглядит мерзко. Мусорку хотелось бы добавить не только в туалете. Нет чая/кофе.

The room was clean, cosy, and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed, straightforward shower (no fancy, never-working extra features). The building is obviously old, but properly restored and maintained, so one can enjoy the Old Florence feeling without the lack of comfort. There are plates, glasses and cutlery (and the mandatory corkscrew :) ) inside the room. And a microwave oven, ironing equipment, and other necessary things in the common area.

The street (Via Pisana) is quite narrow, so the traffic noise is a bit loud, especially in the morning. If you are not an early bird or a heavy sleeper, this can be a bit annoying (the area is very quiet, though, after 10 PM). On the other hand, the same applies to most areas in historical cities like Florence (you can always wear earplugs).

Rumorosità dalla strada a causa degli infissi che non isolavano l’ambiente. Scarsa dotazione di prodotti per la doccia, per un soggiorno di 3 notti c’erano un flacone minuscolo di doccia schiuma a testa, siamo dovuti andare al market per comprarne uno nuovo
