Beautiful and charming villa with private pool in Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain for 12 people. The house is situated in a hilly, wooded and residential beach area, close to supermarkets and 4 km from La Granadella, Jávea beach. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, spread over the main accommodation and a separate unit. The accommodation offers privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with gravel and trees, and a wonderful pool. Its comfort and the proximity to the beach, places to shop, sports activities, nightlife, sights and culture make this a fine villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends, and even your pets.

We were nine people and found the house to be excellent, pool was wonderful, Aguilarent personnel were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our problems in understanding how things worked.
Overall, we would like to return to this house and Javea itself, which we found the best of that coast line.

Casa ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo. Mucha privacidad.
La casa está muy bien. Muy completa. La terraza permite comer siempre en el exterior. La piscina amplia (aunque demasiado profunda)
Eso sí, si estás buscando una casa con cinco habitaciones está no es una buena opción. La quinta habitación es un apartamento con acceso independiente, con un grave problema de humedad. Se hace imposible pasar la noche en dicha habitación. Y el sofá cama disponible es muy básico.
Para el resto de casos, la casa es muy recomendable.
