At the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and the third one with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms en suite with shower, an ample living-dining room and a separated kitchen fully equipped. The main floor, swimming pool level, has 3 other bedrooms (1 with double bed and the 2 others with single beds), a bathroom with bath, a separated kitchen, a guest toilet and a cozy living-dining room and to spend nice moments. All the bedrooms and the two living rooms have air conditioning.
OUTDOOR: the villa is built on an open plot of 800m2. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers where you can sunbath, relax and have your meal at the barbecue area.
