It is located in a private and secure domain in the Esterels Mountains, at the end of a dead end. With a south-facing location looking at the Mediterranean Sea, you will be enchanted by the unobstructed view extending from Cannes to St Tropez and Cap Camarat, a permanent show for you! The comings and goings, the super yachts, the sun rising and sunset will paint the sea with countless colours, contributing to create a dreamy atmosphere! You will enjoy the wonderful red colours rock of the Esterels Mountains! The villa has been recently renovated, offering on one single floor, a very well-equipped kitchen leading to a large living area with huge bay windows looking at the South, a traditional pool, a large swimming spa made of mosaic a heated on demand, and the sea. Here, everything is close, like a deck of a boat. For your comfort, 1 master suite +4 bedrooms with separate toilets, 3 of which with sea view. After going on the seaside road, you will leave the coastal road, will pass by the tennis courts, and will enter into the domain by a secure gate. There, in the Esterels Mountains, you will find a green setting and red rocks to be discovered. From the automatic gate, you will be enchanted by the surrounding view and seduced by outdoors fitting: a parking space for cars, a large boules court, a shaded patio on the north side, a 30 sq.m terrace on the west side, a 70 sq.m on the south side, a traditional pool, a large heated swimming spa made of light blue mosaic of 6,5 m with 4 spaces for massages, for counter current swimming, and outdoor solar shower a 20 sq.m roofed decorated terrace, luxury garden furniture 12 convertible chair beds around a large granite table. A few steps away you will find the patio leading to the living area. On the left side of the entry, there is a changing room and the guest's toilet. On the right side, you will find the first suite leading to the patio and the large and bright living area with large bay windows with sea view. The first living room offers a large new flat screen LED TV and is very well decorated. Stressless, the second living room offers large bay windows to admire the landscape comfortably. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with a Provencal style, just divided from the second living room by a snack area with 3 ovens, a fridge, and induction hob, a dishwasher, and a new Gaggenau plancha. Everything is high quality. A large corridor leads to two bedrooms equipped with electric bedding of 2x80x200 and their own shower room. It also leads to the master suite and the third bedroom equipped with a 140x190 electric bedding and its own shower room. You can also access the master bedroom from the living room and the dressing room. It is equipped with large Tempur electric bedding of 2x80x200 cm. When waking up and from your bed, you can handle the roller blinds remote control and discover the sun rising over Dramont and the Mediterranean Sea! The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and automatic roller blinds. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures did not do the house justice. Jean-Francois was a wonderful host, he meet us & was available throughout our stay. We had no issues with the house. Well stocked kitchen, excellent patio & furniture for relaxing & entertaining. Well suited for a long stay, easy access to Nice, Cannes, Saint Raphael, Saint Tropez & Marseille by car or train.

This property has beautiful Mediterranean views, cool breezes, inviting outdoor spaces and a wonderful jetted pool. This property is also very accessible as it is all on one level and even has a ramp if you want to avoid the few steps down from the driveway. The house is very well equipped. I would definitely return to this property.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing property situated high above the Beach of Antheor / Agay. It is a newly renovated home of a french family with sweeping views of the ocean through very large windows, not just a vacation rental furnished with IKEA. The home is very well equipped with great beds with adjustable mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, great interior decoration and with a HEATED outside pool, which is pretty unique in this area. We enjoyed it immensely during the winter time in Antheor. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to all our needs and questions. We very much look forward to return soon and enjoy St. Raphael / Antheor once more in the summer.
